Processing will take 1-2 business days and shipping will take 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and ready to be dropped off at the post office. Please allow full processing time before reaching out to customer service concerning your order. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER! IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING A RESHIP FEE. Sun Skin Cosmetics is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  If your item is damaged please reach out to info@sunskincosemetics.com within 48 hours with a picture of the damaged item with order number so that we can resolve this issue.

Sun Skin Cosmetics will GLADLY accept damaged items ONLY if you email info@sunskincosemetics.com within 48 hours WITH a picture of damaged item, order number, and the explanation of what is wrong with the item/s. We will review the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. We do NOT accept returns if the seal has been broken or if the product has been used because of sanitary reasons. Once you open the product it can not be returned. If you are issued a refund it will be STORE CREDIT ONLY. Any order issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, please keep up with your packaging slip because that is your proof of order.
